You gotta figure out what’s goin’ right, and what’s not.
When you figure out what’s goin’ right, do it some more.
This is the essence of better results – doing more of what’s working.
You also have to stop doing what’s going wrong. That prevents failure. But, success comes from doing more of what’s working.
For us, what’s working is the Amazon FBA Program (Fulfilled by Amazon). Just the 2 of us, working a few hours a week, and we’re more profitable than we’ve ever been.
