It is Always YOUR business. Those externals can surely have influence, sometimes major, but I’m always looking for ways to hold or improve, regardless of those external noises.

Politics is the worst in this regard. 2 years of constant sound-bites, none of which have any binding when they take office. (Head down, walk faster, ignore the noise…)
